HOUSING RENTAL APPLICATION

THIS PAGE AND APPLICATION IS FOR HOUSING RENTAL AT 779 CLARK SCHOOL RD DESOTO,IL , THIS IS NOT FOR RV RENTAL!

You can download and fill out an application in either format.  You can email it back to me at AdventureTimeRVs@gmail.com  or you can print off and text a copy to 618.201.6108

I will also need a copy of a valid ID/ DL of each adult that will be living at the property texted to me WITH the application.

PLEASE NOTE PRIOR TO APPLYING...

  1. You must have current, verifiable employment prior to applying.

  2. A back ground check and reference check will be done on all applicants. No major criminal history.

  3. NO SMOKING of any kind in any of our units.

  4. Approved pets only with additional $200 NON refundable deposit.  

  5. We DO NOT allowed pets to be permanently housed or permanently tied up outside at any of our units.  

  6. Deposit and 1st month rent due upon move-in.

  7. Rent is due on 1st of month in all units and is prorated upon move-in.
